PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Property Management, when carried out effectively and successfully, can dramatically and positively impact both business productivity as well as Guest Satisfaction scoring, which in turn drives enhanced profitability and, ultimately, capital value.

Align Partners manages both reactive and planned preventative maintenance regimes within each of our properties, ensuring they remain at all times statutory compliant and supported by best-in-class maintenance and service agreements. Our internal policies, processes and controls are continually reviewed to ensure the health and safety of both our guests and employees. Our ESG goals, at the forefront of all our operations, are governed by robust guidelines and targets designed to deliver energy and utility efficiencies, along with utilisation of the latest technology, to drive costs down and enhance the return on investment.

Numerous energy saving and environmental programmes have been rolled out by the Align Partners’ team across our hotels, from targeted operational changes (in relation to waste and utility reduction) to large scale plant and machinery upgrades. Heating systems have been altered to introduce generating plants for electricity, utilising surplus heat for swimming pools and hot water generation for making savings in some cases in excess of 20%. The remodelling and reengineering of space heating from wet to dry heat has reduced the reliance on gas- fired sources, while installing renewable technologies has allowed for onsite electricity generation.
