Managing development, including full design concepts and roll-out

An ROI-focussed property repositioning plan is managed in parallel with supporting the on-site management team to drive their performance and, ultimately, deliver the return on investment demanded by ourselves and our partners.

We “hands-on” manage CapEx projects, including procuring FFE directly at discounted prices and managing an extensive network of third-party advisors and consultants.

When it comes to disposing of the asset, Align Partners takes full responsibility for:

Ensuring the property is “dressed for sale”
Creating additional value-add opportunities for purchasers to drive best sales price
Interviewing Sales Agents, scoping out and negotiating the engagement
Working with advisors in preparation of the sales packs, including brochure and videography

Arranging staple finance for buyers
Preparing vendor DD packs with consultants
Advising on the SPA and sales documentation
Choreographing the sales process in conjunction with the senior team of advisors
