WHAT WE DO

Align Partners works with single investors and small clubs of partners (including Private Equity, Family Offices, and Institutions) to invest in single assets and portfolio situations, that often have structural, aesthetic and/or operating issues to be resolved, but always presenting with an underlying opportunity to reposition each asset through a sophisticated and multi-layered asset and operational management approach. This workstream usually sits alongside a real estate plan to create additional value through planning enhancements (for hotel operations or alternative use) or more efficient operational layout.

Our trademark is developing and implementing innovative real estate strategies in the hospitality and leisure sectors for our investors who seek core-plus, opportunistic investments and equity deployment opportunities that can be tailored to their specified risk/return appetites. We concentrate on sourcing and securing projects (often off-market) that are capable of generating top quartile returns for our investors.

Our underlying motivation is to optimise performance on all fronts to ensure a maximum return on investment for our partners.

Our track record speaks for itself in terms of maximising value for our investors. Projected levered cash returns (pre-tax) are generally expected to grow to approximately 15% or higher by exit.
